Job summary

Situations Vacant Ltd is seeking a 1st line support analyst to join its technical team in Watford. You will diagnose and resolve issues on customer environments while delivering a high level of service, with some client-site work as needed.

You will join a small, close-knit team of engineers, receive full training, and have opportunities to learn across a range of technologies, helping your career grow in IT support.

Qualifications

• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn on their own and self-study.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Full driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support/implementation of Windows Servers and Office 365.
• Support/implementation of MS Exchange / Active Directory environments.
• Installation of cloud solutions, PCs and associated infrastructure.
• Responding to 1st line tickets (ticket / email / phone /on-site).
• Problem Solving / trouble shooting customer / hardware problems.
• Working with engineers as part of a team.
• Dealing with clients from various local businesses.
• Engaging with small to mid-size businesses to provide IT guidance.
