Major Recruitment Oldbury is recruiting a First Line IT Support Engineer for our Shirley-based client at their Head Office. A driving licence is essential as occasional visits to local offices may be required. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, within a small IT team.

You will support users with hardware and software issues, assist the IT network manager, and help improve system usability while helping train new and existing users and developing training materials.

Qualificações

• Experience in providing frontline IT support
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Experience creating user training materials
• Ability to collaborate with IT colleagues and suppliers

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support to users on hardware and software issues
