Major Recruitment Oldbury is recruiting for a First Line IT Support Engineer to join our Shirley based client at their Head Office. A valid driving licence is essential as visits to local offices may be required.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with duties including end-user support for hardware and software, assisting the IT team and training users to improve system usage and experience.

Qualificações

• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to train users and develop training materials.
• Willingness to liaise with third-party software suppliers.

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our award winning Shirley based client who are seeking a First Line IT Support Engineer to work at their Shirley based Head Office.

Due to potentially having to visit other local offices, a driving licence is essential.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

• Supporting users on a range of software and hardware issues
• Supporting the IT network manager
• Working with the IT database administrator to enhance the use of the systems and the user experience
• Training new and existing users and developing training materials
• Supporting IT developer
