Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant – Fire Suppression in the United Kingdom. You will drive installation and AMR service revenues within the Tyco regional accounts channel, building on proactive planning, developing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for enterprise solutions.

Role requires solid product knowledge and the ability to survey sites, prepare costs and quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and developing new accounts and opportunities.
• Ability to plan account strategies with SMART objectives.
• Proven track record in managing sales opportunities from qualification to close.
• Strong presentation skills for technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and new business development to generate bids.
• Plan and target accounts to grow opportunities across enterprise solutions.
• Survey client needs, prepare costs, specifications and quotations.
• Manage bid teams for large or complex opportunities.
• Maintain sales activity and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.com.
• Build and present proposals and value through technical presentations.
