Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Consultant for Major Projects in the UK. You will drive strategic opportunities in industrial, automotive, manufacturing and logistics sectors, engaging with end users, developers and contractors to shape fire suppression solutions.

The role emphasises long sales cycles, complex stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across estimating, engineering and operations to secure multi-million-pound contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within fire protection, sprinkler, building services, M&E, construction, industrial or related sectors.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Experience within major project or capital project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic customer relationships across target sectors.
• Identify, qualify and develop major project opportunities for fire suppression solutions.
• Build relationships with end users, developers, consultants, architects, insurers and project stakeholders.
• Engage with customers early to influence fire suppression strategies and requirements.
• Develop account and opportunity plans aligned to MPG growth strategy.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified major project opportunities and lead bid/no-bid decisions.
