A UK-based training provider is seeking a Fire & Security Engineering Tutor to lead apprentices in Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician Apprenticeship Level 3. This hybrid role requires strong experience in fire/security systems and mentoring skills. Qualifications

• Solid experience in fire and/or security systems (installation, commissioning, and maintenance).
• Strong practical hand skills to demonstrate core techniques.
• Clear communication and mentoring skills with a passion for guiding apprentices.
• Willingness to complete a fully funded teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training aligned with the Level 3 apprenticeship standard.
• Guide learners through installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems.
• Offer one-on-one mentoring and progress tracking.
• Balance remote working with site visits and overnight travel.
• Contribute to quality and continual improvement processes.
