Predominantly site based you'll be conveniently located to cover a portfolio across the Southwark and South London regions with frequent long distance travel and overnight stays required
As a Fire Asset Auditor, you will be responsible for inspecting and auditing a range of fire safety assets—such as apartment doors, communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms and lifts—across residential apartment blocks. You will conduct scheduled site visits within a given geography, ensuring that all assets meet health and safety regulations and identifying any risks. Your findings will be reported clearly and promptly to Property Managers and clients. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel to multiple sites and may include evening or weekend work to meet tenant or client needs. You may also be asked to travel nationally to cover colleague absences, so flexibility is key.
