Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to support Leeds & Guiseley branches. This permanent role is 36 hours per week with a salary up to £27,000 per annum, plus benefits.

You will engage customers, understand their financial goals and recommend savings products across branch, online and contact centre channels. The role focuses on delivering first-class service, listening to customers, and using internal systems to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a bank/building society is not strictly required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in branch, by phone or virtually.
• Strong time management in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and offer suitable savings products.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs and goals.
• Educate customers on products and channels and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to policies, standards and limits of authority with training and support.
