Job summary

Skipton Building Society is recruiting for a permanent Customer Relationship Consultant to work at our Chester and West Kirby branches. The role is full time, 36 hours per week, and focuses on understanding customer needs to tailor savings products and services.

You will run 'My Review' appointments and engage with customers across branch, online, and telephone channels. You will be a friendly face and voice, helping customers achieve financial goals while delivering a first-class service and

Qualifications

• Previous experience of interacting with customers.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar service environments is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and tailor relevant solutions to their circumstances.
• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Educate customers on a range of products and services and how to engage through different channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers for appropriate support.
