Skipton Building Society in Guiseley/Leeds is hiring a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Leeds & Guiseley Branch. You will listen to customers, understand their needs and guide them to suitable savings products and services.

You will conduct My Review appointments in branch, by video or phone, helping customers set financial goals and review their circumstances with a friendly, proactive service. Excellent communicators thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or by phone.
• Background in banking or building society is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Be first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by phone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on products and channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems; identify vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and limits of authority with training and coaching.
