Skipton Building Society's Oldham Branch is hiring a Customer Relationship Consultant to deliver first-class service, understand customer needs, and guide customers through our full savings range and services.

You will run 'My Review' appointments face-to-face, virtually or by phone, engage with customers, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems, ensuring compliance and a friendly, helpful experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service and go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Engaging, understanding and identifying customer needs through asking great questions, listening to customers' specific circumstances and tailoring the relevant solution to their needs whilst ensuring the right outcome for the customer and the society.
