Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Experience in banking or building society environments preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct My Review appointments in branch, virtually or by telephone.

• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
