Senior Administrator / Team Leader

Stevenage, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits

Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator / Team Leader to join a growing financial planning business based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities while still being hands-on with more complex client administration cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for training, guidance, and day-to-day support within the team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrators, handling escalations where needed.
  • Manage complex administration cases across pensions, investments, and financial planning.
  • Work closely with the Client Support Manager to ensure smooth workflow and best practice.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant administrative support to advisers and clients.

Working Arrangements

  • First 3–6 months expected to be office-based for training (some transition earlier to hybrid).
  • Hybrid working model after training: typically 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
  • Flexibility possible for the right individual (e.g. 3 days in-office / 2 days from home).
