Financial Controller

Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This is a hands‑on role for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial finance.

The Role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
• Deliver accurate management accounts and commercial insights
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and systems
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet integrity
• Partner with senior leaders and budget owners
• Support acquisitions, landlord negotiations, and property‑related finance

What You’ll Bring

• ACCA/ACA qualified with strong technical accounting skills
• Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Strong communicator with stakeholder‑management confidence
• Background in a high‑growth, multi‑site, or fast‑paced environment
