Responsibilities
  • Support the design of asset and portfolio strategies for multinational clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Build, maintain and operate advanced financial models to evaluate real estate options and scenarios, incorporating cash flow, P&L, balance sheet and wider business health impacts as well as what‑if simulations and sensitivity analysis.
  • Take ownership of complex analysis and provide expert financial modelling support for individual projects.

  • Contribute to high‑impact presentations and discussions that enable senior stakeholders to make informed, transformational decisions.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strategic mindset, able to connect data‑driven insights to broader business objectives and craft recommendations that drive long‑term value.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cashflow, P&L and balance sheet principles and financial evaluation nomenclature.
