A leading financial services organization is seeking a Specialist Financial Adviser to provide tailored financial advice to UK Medical Professionals. This role offers autonomy in managing client relationships while providing comprehensive support from dedicated teams. Ideal candidates will be QCF Level 4 qualified with strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. The starting salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 with an OTE of £79,000 and numerous benefits including a bonus scheme and personal development opportunities.

We will provide you with the knowledge and resources that will enable you to become a true Specialist Financial Advisor to medical professionals. Following an initial assessment of your advice, experience and knowledge, we will enrol you on a bespoke onboarding programme that caters to your learning requirements to allow you to excel as a recognised specialist that delivers complex advice to GPs and Hospital Doctors in your respective territory.
In addition to having the ability to generate your own leads, our award‑winning marketing team will provide you with high‑quality medical leads with strong potential for conversion.
You will have dedicated support from our Medical Paraplanning team as well as the wider administrative teams, giving you time to focus on using your expertise to deliver complex advice to your customers.
Our sizable team of Medical Relationship Coordinators will book your appointments and work closely with you to ensure the schedule works for you.
Flexibility to manage workload and personal life. We have partnerships and affinities with medical professionals and are recognised by the Royal College of General Practitioners, allowing our advisors to gain knowledge and insights from these specialist areas.
