Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Assisting with payment runs and reconciling BACS remittances.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting credit control and chasing debtor invoices.
• Booking transport/services with teaching staff.
• Ensuring trips meet procurement guidelines.
• Updating trip tracking spreadsheets.
• Providing budgeting advice to staff.
• Supporting general administration and college events.
