Job summary

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a senior Finance Systems professional to safeguard BAU stability while guiding Finance change through proper assessment and routing. You will oversee governance, system administration, master data, and access controls, ensuring disciplined, auditable processes across the Finance Systems estate.

You will collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to protect controls, deliver controlled evolution, and maintain resilience.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification Finance experience.
• Experience with ERP, treasury, banking, reconciliation, planning or reporting systems.
• Proven track record in Finance control, governance, evidence and change-management judgement.
• Strong understanding of Finance systems-control mechanisms protecting BAU stability.
• Experience delivering Finance-side systems change including testing and BAU transition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end view of the Finance Systems estate and governance.
• Oversee Finance-change assessment, routing and lifecycle management (L1/L2).
• Provide governance and oversight of Finance Systems activity for prioritisation and decision-making.
• Protect BAU stability while enabling controlled evolution of the Finance Systems estate.
