Side is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager to lead the evolution, optimization and automation of financial processes on D365 Finance & Operations. You will align the finance system with business needs and work with the global IT team to maximise system capabilities.

You will own core financial modules, coordinate upgrades, maintain master data and develop reports to enable accurate analysis. The role requires strong communication and a proactive improvement mindset.

• Lead development roadmap for D365 usage across entities.

• Ensure compliance, reporting, and operational needs are met.
• Develop training programs for end-users and maintain system knowledge base.
