Job summary

Motability Operations is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst within the Finance Transformation team. The role is hands-on, providing finance systems support and enabling controlled change across ERP and related platforms, reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation.

You will partner with the Finance Systems Controller to ensure BAU stability, robust controls and timely change delivery. You will bring practical finance-system experience, strong governance mindset and ability to engage

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on finance systems incident support, issue investigation and operational delivery.
2) System administration, testing and documentation for BAU and upgrades.
3) Change Assessment and Routing (L1/L2 triage) support and evidence.
4) Maintain finance master data, access controls and recertification.
5) Evidence, control documentation and reporting for audits.
6) Collaborate with SMEs, technology teams and control owners to resolve issues.
