Job summary

Motability Operations is seeking a Finance Systems governance expert to protect BAU stability while ensuring controlled evolution of the Finance Systems estate. You will steward the change-control lifecycle, provide governance across Finance Systems activity and collaborate with Finance, Audit, Technology, vendors and business owners.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience across Finance-side systems, processes, audit, controls, systems change and transformation.
• Strong governance, evidence and change-management judgement in finance environments.
• Experience with core Finance platforms and reconciliation/ reporting tools.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across Finance, Technology, consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight across Finance Systems activity to protect BAU stability.
• Steward the Finance-side change-control lifecycle and end-to-end view of the systems estate.
• Support, assure or deliver Finance-side systems change including testing and BAU transition.
