Job summary

Motability Operations is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to deliver hands-on finance systems capability, ensuring BAU stability and controlled change across the finance systems estate. You will work closely with the Finance Systems Controller to provide evidence, testing, master data governance and support for change assessments.

You will bring practical finance grounding with system experience, strong judgement, and the ability to engage with finance users, SMEs, vendors and control owners

Qualifications

Experience in finance-side systems, controls and change.
Hands-on finance-side systems activity including testing and BAU transition.
Experience with core finance platforms and process controls.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on finance systems support and administration.
Assist with incident support, change assessment and L1/L2 triage.
Ensure BAU stability and evidence across the finance systems estate.
Collaborate with Finance Systems Controller and stakeholders to manage risks.
