The Opportunity

We're exclusively partnering with a highly successful manufacturing business in Dewsbury that is modernising its finance function and investing in new systems.

The company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the finance team, while also delivering hands-on management accounting, business partnering, and systems improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or QBE finance professional with manufacturing / engineering experience that is keen to join a fast-growing business. Candidates with the right experience operating at Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant, Financial Controller or Finance Business Partner level will be considered.

The Finance Manager Role

• Reporting to the Finance Director, as the Financial Controller, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance department, leading and developing a team of 3.
• Bringing the Management Accounts function inhouse, implementing the month-end process and preparing the monthly management accounts.
• Deliver insightful MI analysis and provide Finance Business Partner support to key operations.
