Finance Executive (Distribution Compensation) - 6 Months

Handle fortnightly/monthly compensation closing to ensure accurate payment, posting and reconciliation.

Perform monthly/yearly GL closing, including provisions, amortisation and schedules according to accounting guidelines.

Apply Distribution Compensation accounting rules across Life Asia, Group Asia, Datahub and related systems.

Post journals for manual processing and payments.

Prepare reconciliation and audit schedules; act as primary contact for internal, external, regulatory and SOX audits.

Maintain SOPs, process flows and NBP provision monitoring.

Administer deferred and long-term incentive schemes.

Support Finance Compensation Operations on compensation-related queries.

Oversee end-to-end compensation processing and maintain risk register.

Manage invoice settlement for Non-Agency Channels via Coupa.

Support Distribution Compensation projects, system enhancements and initiatives.

Perform UAT, prepare business requirements and troubleshoot production issues.

Support BAU compensation processing.

Other Responsibilities

Handle IRAS filing for Distribution Compensation.

Administer self-billing for GST-registered agents.

Manage daily agent/channel compensation enquiries.

Support company-wide projects related to Distribution Compensation.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting.

At least 5 years of experience in Distribution Compensation or related functions.

Strong understanding of accounting processes, compensation frameworks and policy systems.

Good communication, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
