A leading housing association is seeking a Finance Assistant to manage rental income records in Farringdon, London. This full-time role requires proficiency in rent accounting and finance software such as Northgate and Oracle. Ideal candidates will have strong numeracy skills and effective communication abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in using rent accounting systems (Northgate) and finance accounting systems (Oracle) or any similar software to join an exciting and innovative Finance team. The role reports to the Assistant Income Manager or Senior Income Assistant. The overall responsibility is to ensure all sources of rental income are recorded accurately on MTVH's finance accounting system, posted to the resident rent accounts in the housing management system promptly and accurately, and reconciled with bank statements in a timely manner.
