The Finance Assistant Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be an important part of the finance team with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of Accounts Payable/transactional finance. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing supplier relationships, performing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day finance operations to keep things running efficiently.
This is a great role for someone early in their finance career who wants to build strong foundations in AP while gaining exposure to a fast-growing, creative business. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller and receive training and support, with the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility (including exposure to US finance processes). Over time, there will be scope to get involved in month-end processes, giving you valuable experience and a clear path to progression.
Salary: £28,000
Location: London
Hybrid: Flexible hybrid model (typically 2-3 days in-office)
