Key Responsibilities

• Process, review, and verify a high volume of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP transactions, including weekly check/ACH payment runs.
• Assist with month‑end close activities and provide support during audits.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Review and enter vendor information and expenses into the ERP system.
• Support the preparation of reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for the Finance Director.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to accounts payable promptly and professionally.
• Ensure W‑9 documentation and 1099 compliance with current tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Procurement, Payroll, and Audit.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounts payable or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and ERP/accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
