Job summary

Eurocell PLC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Windows and Doors) to deliver expert technical guidance to fabricators, installers, and customers across our product portfolio. This field-based role will support manufacture, installation, performance, maintenance, and remediation while collaborating with Technical, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Customer Services teams.

The successful candidate will diagnose issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience within the fenestration, windows, doors, glazing, or building products industry.
• Strong technical understanding of window and door manufacturing, installation practices, and product performance.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong report-writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service and quality.
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer and site locations, with the need for nights out as and when to suit the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expert advice to fabricators, installers, end users, and internal stakeholders regarding the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of Eurocell products.
• Conduct customer site visits to investigate technical issues, product concerns, installation defects, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate remedial actions.
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and professionally.
• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training where required to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions.
