Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to visit customer homes, identify faults, and carry out repairs on installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. The role provides a company van, PDA, phone and tools to support field-based work.

You will need experience in uPVC installation, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to travel with good time management. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills in a customer facing environment.
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility within the working week.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• A full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and rectifying in line with warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
• Provide a high level of service to every customer.
• Complete service calls on schedule using the Right First Time approach to minimise cancellations.
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and updating the PDA.
