Job summary

Eurocell PLC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Windows and Doors) to deliver expert technical guidance to fabricators, installers, and customers across our product portfolio. This field-based role will support manufacture, installation, performance, maintenance, and remediation while collaborating with Technical, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Customer Services teams.

The successful candidate will diagnose issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience within the fenestration, windows, doors, glazing, or building products industry.
• Strong technical understanding of window and door manufacturing, installation practices, and product performance.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Strong report-writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service and quality.
• Working knowledge of relevant industry standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer and site locations, with the need for nights out as and when to suit the business.

• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training where required to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 45 hrs per week
SALARY: £32,666.40 plus company vehicle, night out allowance and excellent benefits

We are currently recruiting for an additional Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical and customer Support across our windows and doors portfolio, acting as a key technical expert.

This role provides guidance and practical solutions to both internal teams and external customers, supporting all aspects of product manufacture, installation, performance, maintenance, and remediation.

Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Customer Services functions, you will help identify, investigate, and resolve product and installation-related issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

WHAT OUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS DO:
