Job summary

Eurocell Group PLC, a market leader in uPVC building products, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert guidance on fenestration products to fabricators, installers and end users. The role is field-based with a base at Somercotes, Alfreton, offering travel to customer sites and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will diagnose technical issues, visit sites to assess installations, and train colleagues and customers while maintaining clear records. Monday–Friday workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in fenestration or building products.
• Strong technical understanding of window/door manufacturing and installation practices.
• Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of industry standards and building regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expert advice to fabricators, installers, end users, and internal stakeholders on the manufacture, installation, operation, and maintenance of our products.
• Visit customer sites to investigate technical issues, product concerns, installation defects, and complaints; identify root causes and recommend remedial actions.
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently and professionally.
• Provide technical guidance and product knowledge training to customers and colleagues as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, remedial actions, and customer interactions.
