Home Instead in Brent and Harrow (Wembley) is seeking a Field Support Supervisor for an immediate start. The role centers on supervising and developing Care Professionals to ensure high-quality in-home care, with weekend on-call duties on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will coach and mentor staff, support client care delivery, and pursue progression opportunities within Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous domiciliary care experience and be resident in the UK.
• Full driving licence or access to own vehicle is essential.
• Weekend on-call duties on a rota basis.
