Qualifications

• Previous experience in domiciliary/home care is essential.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior care role is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks and supervisions of care staff.
• Support the Registered Manager with care plans and risk assessments.
• Provide coaching and support to care staff.
• Ensure care delivery meets CIW standards.
