Job summary

Home Instead in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support clients and carers, ensuring high-quality service and supervision. You will conduct care consultations, supervise staff, audit care plans and maintain client and carer records using Home Instead software and Birdie.

Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals involved in care. Full training provided, with on-call duties paid separately; mileage and DBS are covered.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
• Experience with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication in a supervisory role.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care in clients’ own homes.

Responsibilities

• Support with care consultations, service reviews and client support plans.
• Conduct staff supervisions and client QA’s.
• Create, update and audit client care plans; assist with digital care planning.
