Job summary

Home Instead in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Supervisor to join our dedicated care team. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm from our office, with regular visits to clients' homes to support quality and compliance.

You will support Care Professionals, maintain high standards of compassionate, person-centred care, and help families feel confident in the service. A full driving licence and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of care services.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care to help clients live independently at home.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be confident using care management technology and training Care Professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Support care consultations and service reviews.
  • Conduct Care Professional support visits and QA reviews.
  • Create and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records in Home Instead software.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and professionals.
  • Carry out client reviews and take action accordingly.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
  • Participate in out-of-hours on-call cover during weekdays once a week and weekends one a month (additional payment).

Job Description

Join our dedicated care team as a Field Supervisor, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm from our office, with regular travel to clients' homes for weekly quality and compliance visits. You will play a key role in supporting our Care Professionals, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring our clients receive compassionate, person-centred support in their own homes.

The Role
  • Support care consultations, service reviews and completing client support plans.
  • Conduct Care Professional support visits and client Quality Assurance reviews.
  • Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Carry out client reviews and action these accordingly.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.
  • Any other duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Comply with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, ensure in respect of employment and service delivery.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
  • Participate in out of hours on-call cover during the weekdays once a week (included in contract), and weekends one a month (additional payment).
Qualifications
  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent preferable.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of care services
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to liveindependently and happily in their own homes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and SocialCare.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be confident to use care management technology including providing support andtraining to Care Professionals
Additional Information

Must have full driving license and means of transport to carry out visits within the territory.
