Home Instead in Brent and Harrow (Wembley) is seeking a Field Support Supervisor for an immediate start. The role centers on supervising and developing Care Professionals to ensure high-quality in-home care, with weekend on-call duties on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will coach and mentor staff, support client care delivery, and pursue progression opportunities within Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Field Support Supervisor (Brent and Harrow) (Wembley) Immediate Start

• Full-time

Our office was established in 2016and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing and worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best quality care and support the growth of our business. We want the candidate to mentor our Care Professioanls and develop them to ensure excellent quality care.

We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks in Health & Social Care.

Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.

Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.
