Home Instead is seeking candidates ready to progress into a Supervisory role within Health & Social Care. The position focuses on coaching Care Professionals and supporting clients, with a regular shift pattern and weekend on-call duties on a rota basis.

We are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks in Health & Social Care.

Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.

Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.
