Home Instead is seeking candidates ready to progress into a Supervisory role within Health & Social Care. The position focuses on coaching Care Professionals and supporting clients, with a regular shift pattern and weekend on-call duties on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence/access to own vehicle is essential.
• Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.
• Experience of providing a quality service.
• Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.
• Prior study and formal qualifications relating to Health & Social Care would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role with a focus on learning and development.
• Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota (typically 1 in 5 weekends).
