Job summary

Experis UK is seeking Field Support Engineers for a nationwide deployment across the UK. You will visit retail stores to perform health checks, replace hardware where needed, and escalate complex issues to the support team.

The role involves visiting roughly three stores per day, working autonomously within a defined region, and supporting a large-scale project from October 2026 onward.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based customer support and hardware deployment.
• Ability to follow structured processes and checklists.
• Strong fault finding and reporting skills in IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled visits to retail stores within your region.
• Perform basic hardware, equipment and connectivity checks.
• Verify routers and networking equipment installed.
• Check body-worn cameras, charging docks and batteries.
• Replace faulty equipment and fit protective accessories.
• Record asset information, serial numbers, and site data.
• Complete digital reports and service documentation.
• Escalate issues outside documented processes as required.
