Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is recruiting Field Support Engineers to cover multiple UK locations. You will visit retail stores to perform health checks, replace faulty hardware, and document site data as part of a large nationwide deployment.

The role requires independent work, a drive to travel, and strong customer-facing skills. Contract opportunities are available from October 2026, with immediate starts and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based customer-facing roles.
• Basic IT, networking, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and checklists.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores within designated region to perform scheduled health checks.
• Carry out basic hardware, equipment, and connectivity checks and replace faulty equipment as needed.
• Record asset information, serial numbers, and site data accurately.
• Complete digital reports and service documentation.
• Escalate issues that fall outside documented processes while maintaining professional conduct.
