Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a Field Service Technician to service water treatment systems across customer sites in the UK. You will perform maintenance, install and troubleshoot equipment, and keep detailed service records while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers training, progression, and a clear path within a supportive field operations team. Hours are Monday to Friday, with a company van and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.

• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:
