Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and service customer water treatment systems at client sites across Scotland. You will perform maintenance, installations and troubleshooting, with full training provided where needed and a company vehicle with private use option.

You’ll build strong relationships, log service visits accurately, and work a Monday–Friday pattern from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with opportunities to progress as you gain experience and

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training provided.
• Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points preferred.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.

• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients’ locations.

• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.

• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.

• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service

• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.

• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
