Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK. You will maintain and repair water treatment systems, install and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, and manage service schedules to minimise downtime.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, with full training provided and opportunities for progression. A company van, uniform, and tablets are supplied, supporting a hands-on field-based career.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.

• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
