Job summary

Culligan is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites, performing maintenance and repairs, with a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Full training provided for role.
• Full driving licence with max 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong DIY skills and power tool experience.
• Excellent communication and rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client sites.
• Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated service centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
