Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in the United Kingdom invites applications for a Regional Service Team Leader to guide a field-based team of Service Technicians, driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will develop technician capability, monitor KPIs, provide proactive operational support to the field and back office, identify service and contract opportunities, and ensure Health & Safety, quality standards and compliant operations across the region.
