Job summary

In this role you will develop technician capability, monitor KPIs, provide proactive operational support to the field and back office, identify service and contract opportunities, and ensure Health & Safety, quality standards and compliant operations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service performance.
• Monitor and drive KPI achievement across service operations.
• Provide proactive operational support to technicians and the service back office.
• Support service growth by conducting customer site surveys and identifying service and contract opportunities.
• Drive technician development, cross-skilling and training initiatives to maximise regional capability and scheduling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, customer site regulations and quality standards.
• Foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
