Job summary

Travail Employment Group seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of 10 Field Service Engineers across the East Midlands. You will deliver excellent service, manage operations, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving performance and efficiency.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a track record in service management. Based in Corby, you will join an established national organisation and report to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Management or team leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and drive engagement and performance.
• Manage day-to-day service operations across the East Midlands.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer service issues and resolutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, onsite and remotely.
• Monitor service KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate engineer scheduling and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching with the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical Support and Customer Service.
