Job summary

SF Partners in Leeds (Office Based) is seeking a Service Scheduler to coordinate the workload of field-based Service Engineers from the Head Office. The role ensures efficient scheduling, on-time execution of service visits, and effective use of engineer time across customer sites.

Ideal candidates will have field service experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, diaries, and changing workloads in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field service engineering or a field service environment.
• Ability to understand how engineers operate in the field and typical job durations.
• Experience scheduling or coordinating engineering workloads.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs, engineers and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling work for the field-based Service Engineers.
• Coordinating engineers' diaries and workloads.
• Allocating jobs based on availability and time required.
• Managing changes to the schedule and adjusting workloads.
• Keeping track of engineers' activity and completed jobs.
• Working with engineers as reports and information are returned to the office.
• Helping ensure customer work is scheduled and completed efficiently.
