Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Strong team player with an open and honest approach to workload and supporting others.
• Excellent relationship-building with Regional Service Managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
• Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with business targets
• Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance
• Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures
• Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location
• Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints
• Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager
