Job summary

Scheduler role at Securitas Technology in the United Kingdom. You will plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, manage engineers’ diaries, and coordinate with customers and service teams to ensure timely visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.
• Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills — confident with engineers, managers, and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
• Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with business targets
• Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineer’s initial attendance
• Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures
• Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location
• Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints
• Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager
